Rob Harvell is the Founder and CEO of  B4 Armory, bringing years of real-world operational experience, precision rifle instruction, and weapons application into the firearms manufacturing industry. With a background serving in both the United States Marine Corps and Army National Guard infantry, Rob advanced through multiple sniper leadership positions, including sniper team leader and sniper platoon sergeant roles, where equipment reliability, repeatability, and field performance were mission critical.

Following his military service, Rob worked overseas as a private military contractor in high-threat environments throughout the Middle East, providing protective security, counter-sniper overwatch, mission planning, and precision fire support for government clients. Operating in demanding real-world conditions reinforced a philosophy that weapons systems must prioritize durability, simplicity, concealment, and consistency under pressure—not just performance on a bench.

That operational mindset became the foundation for B4 Armory. Frustrated by the compromises commonly found between custom precision rifles and mass-production systems, Rob set out to develop firearms that merged true field capability with innovative engineering solutions. Under his leadership, B4 Armory has focused on creating mission-driven precision rifle platforms emphasizing repeatability, portability, and practical end-user performance.

Rob is best known for spearheading the development of the B4 Armory Concealable Sniper System (CSS), an advanced takedown precision rifle platform engineered to maintain sub-MOA accuracy and Return to Zero performance after disassembly and reassembly without the need for tools or rezero confirmation. Drawing directly from operational experience, the platform was designed to address the real-world needs of discreet transport, rapid deployment, and consistent precision in austere environments.

In addition to manufacturing, Rob has developed sniper training programs and curriculum for military and law enforcement precision rifle applications nationwide. His continued focus remains on advancing precision rifle technology through practical innovation, field-driven design, and uncompromising performance standards.
